WEBSITE CURRENCY? 

The main currency on the website is US dollars, so the checkout page will always default to US dollars. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us for further information. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM? 

We ship from our international partnered warehouses. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different warehouse specializes in different areas of trade. Please allow between 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. 

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID FOR IT?

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES ?

  • The most of our products are Free Worldwide Shipping
  • In case of special action ( Free Products ) you will be asked to pay the shipping fees, it depends on the nature of the product.
